Ray Chenault, Organist & Choirmaster and Beth Chenault, Associate Organist & Choirmaster, have headed the music program at All Saints' since October 1975. Ray oversees the entire music program and coordination of music and liturgy, conducts the All Saints' Choir and assists in planning the Concert Series. Rob grew up in New Jersey and moved to New York City when he was ten years old to attend the St. Thomas Choir School. After attending high school at Salisbury School in Salisbury, CT, Rob graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA with honors in music and was awarded Magna Cum Laude and inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

In 1993 Rob was appointed the director of music at Virginia Episcopal School, a small co-ed boarding school in Lynchburg, VA where he conducted the choir and taught music theory and history. In 1998 Rob moved to Atlanta and received a Master of Sacred Music degree from Emory University. From 2001-2008 Rob was the director of youth ministries at All Saints’ where he continues to serve as assistant choirmaster.

Currently Rob is the director of music at Atlanta Girls’ School, serving as director of counseling and student life. Rob is married to Laurie who is a trained opera singer and music teacher for toddlers and their parents. Rob and Laurie have three children.

Karol Kimmell has been the director of youth and children's music at All Saints' since 1998, planning and directing choral and handbell choirs for children ages four through eighteen.

In addition to working at All Saints', Karol directs the elementary choirs at The Paideia School. She co-directs and serves as a clinician for Music Week at Lutheridge in Arden, N.C., a summer music and worship conference for church musicians throughout the South. She serves on the task force and teaches at Young Lutherans Sing, a national summer choral conference held in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Karol has presented workshops for Choristers Guild and the Georgia chapter of the American Choral Directors Association and served on the planning team for the new Choristers Guild Institute in Louisville, K.Y. In May 2009, she will direct the 6th grade North Carolina All State Chorus.

Karol attended Wittenberg University in Springfield, O.H. and Lenoir-Rhyne College in Hickory, N.C. and received her Bachelor of Music Education degree in organ from Lenoir-Rhyne. She completed Orff Schulwerk certification in Levels I and II and has training in Kindermusic and Musikgarden. Karol has served as a choir director and organist in Episcopal and Lutheran churches in North and South Carolina and Georgia and formerly sang in the Riverside Church Choir, NYC. Karol is a member of the Choirsters Guild, the American Choral Directors Association, and the Association of Lutheran Church Musicians.
